5-AXIS CNC MACHINING
We use precision 5-axis CNC Machine to make the most complex parts you could bring to us. We can achieve high precision as tight as .0001". Common materials include Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Brass, Copper, Bronze, and Titanium, and many more!
SHEET METAL CUTTING
We use ultra-high precision CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine to cut all metals from 0.001" to 0.2" thickness. We can achieve high precision as tight as .001". Common materials include Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel (Hot Roll and Cold Roll), Alloy Steel, Brass, Copper, Bronze, and Titanium. We offer tapped holes and insert installation in the sheets.
SHEET METAL BENDING
We use industry leader CNC Press Brake machines to fabricate sheet metal bent parts, including tapped holes and insert installation. Custom Brackets and enclosures are the most common parts. Common materials include Aluminum (AL5052), Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel (Hot Roll and Cold Roll), Alloy Steel, Brass, Copper, Bronze.
FINISHES
We offer all types of surface finishes available in market some in-house and mostly through our network of reliable and top quality finishing suppliers. Common finishes include but not limited to Anodize (colored and clear) , Alodine (conversion coding or Chem Film) clear and gold, electropolish and passivation, powder coat painting, bead blasting and tumbling, gold plating, and Nickel plating, and black oxide.
