Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 2:00PM, with a total of 1.5 hour break/lunch time however desired to be split and used by employee. This is a part time position with 130 hours of paid work per month (or 32.5 hours per week)

General Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED, college degree is a plus

• You must pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check before beginning work

• You must communicate very effectively in English

• Knowing Mandarin is a plus

• Must posses a valid driver's license

Work Related Skills

• Must be hands-on. Previous work experience in a fabrication shop is a plus

• Having experience in operating shop machinery (mill, lathe, saw, dill press, laser cutter, press brake) either CNC or manual machines is a big plus

• Welding experience is a plus

• Must be able to read machinery handbook and follow carefully

• Must be work with computer, knowing how to work with any CAD software is a plus

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Proactively prioritize yours and others' safety over everything else

• Clean, organize, and maintain the shop on a regular basis

• Learn and operate metal laser cutting machine (training will be provided) and CNC press brakes

• Deburr and prepare manufactured parts for shipping

• Meticulously and regularly maintain the equipment

• Work on different projects as they come up, from building improvement projects, to manufacturing jigs and custom shelving
